Printed Goods:

Important clarification on our printed / manufactured goods. All physical goods we have in stock have the correct stock status. This is indicated by green or orange indicators under each product and product combination. However, this does NOT apply to products with PRINT.

Stock status for covers/printed goods:

This means that the cover is "in stock" really means nothing more than the print can be ordered. Unfortunately, individual print products cannot be named in the webshop system other than "in stock" = can be ordered, "out of stock" = can not be ordered. Thus: the cover is fully designed, is ready to be printed, and no change to the print file is needed.

Orders:

Orders can only be made by people over the age of 18. Minors who place an order must have the permission of the parents or guardian.

We offer the payment method “Payson Invoice” in cooperation with Payson AB.

Payment terms are 14 days and an invoice of SEK 49 will be added for invoice purchases. To be able to order against an invoice, You must have turned 18 and be registered in Sweden and approved in the credit check carried out at the time of purchase. Companies that pay against Payson Invoice must be registered in Sweden.

The invoice will be sent separately by email to the email address you specify at the time of purchase. In case of delayed payment, we send a payment reminder whereby a statutory remuneration fee of currently SEK 60 is added. We also charge interest on arrears by 2% per month from the due date of the invoice. In case of non-payment, the case is handed over to debt collection whereby the statutory debt collection fee of SEK 180 is added. Payson reserves the right to refuse delivery and re-evaluate the customer's creditworthiness in individual cases.

When paying with Payson Invoice, the invoice will be pledged to Payson and then to SVEA Ekonomi AB, 556489-2924.

Prices:

All final prices are in SEK and including VAT (25%) and apply with reservation for price changes. The site also dislays prices in other currencies but these are always converted from SEK.

Shipping:

All deliveries are handled by Postnord AB. Shipping is calculated by weight and bulk and will be shown before final purchase at checkout. The shipping time for each shipping option applies from the time the shipment / package is registered and not at the actual purchase. The shipping time is counted from when your order received the status "sent". According to Postnord own terms, only letters and parcels that are sent with supplementary services that includes compensation in the event of delay, damage or loss are protected. Keep in mind that this services costs extra.

Out of stock:

If the product you ordered is totally out of stock and is not expected within a reasonable time, this will be notified to you. We reserve the right to price adjustments / changes if this is not to be avoided and to replace your product with a similar product at a similar price. NOTE: Some sold out items may be sold out at the factory and take between 1-3 months to get to our suppliers, and / or be out of production. We cannot be hold responsible for these delays.

Manufacturing:

We manufacture covers to order. For printed goods, production is between 10-14 days. For larger backorders, the time can be 15-30 days. Custom made covers are made subject to time and extra cost. Contact us before if you want a cover that is not available on the website.

Warranties:

We provide a 6 month warranty on used products as well as a 12 month warranty on new products (unless the product has been sold as broken or defective). The warranty covers defects that have arisen with correct handling of the products and thus does not cover defects created by own neglect, carelessness or own attempts at repair, modification or alike. Should you get a defective item, we will replace you with a similar item. If this is out of stock, you will get a product of a similar nature. If we cannot offer a replacement product, you will receive the money for that item instead.

Damage:

If you discover a transport damage on your package, you must immediately report this at the pick-up point. There you get help filling out an damage form.

Return Policy:

According to the distance contract law, you have the right to a 14-day return right of an item. The right of return applies only to unopened goods. The product must not be used or damaged in any way. The product packaging must remain.

Return Policy (right of withdrawal):

You have the right under the distance contract law to cancel an order, and also return ordered error-free goods without giving any reason. Notice of this must be provided as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods. Notify us before returning the item. In order for the return to be processed as quickly and smoothly as possible, we need the following information: order number, alternate invoice number and part number of the products you want to return. The returned goods must be in unused and undamaged condition in original packaging (Sealing or protective plastic must not be broken). Return the item together with the invoice (or a copy of it). Before returning the defective / faulty item, you must contact us to get the complaint approved. Returns may not be made as postal arrears or claims. You have to pay for the return postage yourself.

Where the right of withdrawal does not apply:

There are exceptions where the right of withdrawal does not apply. Agreements on goods outside business premises (ie internet) if the price that the consumer (customer) must pay in total is less than SEK 400. 2005:59 2cap, 1§. The right of withdrawal does not therefore apply to goods that have been specially manufactured to your wishes (print products according to customer specification) and cost UNDER 400 SEK.

Complaint:

Should you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered item, you should contact us as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days. After 14 days, returns are no longer accepted. Send the item back in the condition it was accompanied by an injury or error report, and you will receive an error free and correct item. The misdelivered item must be in unused and undamaged condition (Sealing or protective plastic must not be broken). If it does not prove that it was necessary to check the goods, unpacked packaging will not be accepted. Special orders (eg non-stock items) are not possible. For returns that we did not cause, a handling charge of 10% of the item value can be charged. Return the item together with the invoice (or a copy of it). Fill in the reason for the return on the back of the invoice. NOTE: Before returning the defective / faulty item, you must contact us to get the complaint approved. Returns may not be made as postal arrears or claims.

Duration:

Every order where the product has to be printed / manufactured we do it on a 14 day basis. This means that we collect documentation for the print shop and send it every Monday if your part of the order is made and has come to us from the print shop.

Force majeure:

In the event of wars, natural disasters, combat measures in the labor market, decisions by the authorities and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen, and affect entered into agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot keep the said agreement / commitment, should form the basis to release us from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.

Order cancelation:

We reserve the right to cancel an order (including several) if it is stated that we cannot fulfill this due to difficulties in meeting the customer's wishes such as delivery for 14-30 days, demanding changes in print file or other requests.

Netiquette:

We strive for healthy and pleasant communication. If there is an unreasonable tone or downright personal attacks, we will in the first place refuse purchases, in the second place make a police report. For disputes regarding completed purchases, this is taken through the Swedish Consumer Agency and / or ARN.
